(deactivated) state.

Meaning: Indicates that the S/T interface received INFO 0 frames from the network. This indicates
that the S/T interface was not receiving any signals from the network. You see this
message only if the S/T interface is in state F7 (activated) or state F8 (lost framing) and
you enabled the T4 timer.
Action: Check that the RJ45 is still plugged in to the S/T interface. If it is, then this may be a
spurious occurrence on the wire. If this message occurs frequently, check with the central
office about the quality of the line.
