PROBABLE CAUSE
1. The VENGINE connection was lost.
2. There is an error which may indicate a more severe problem.
ACTION
1. If possible, stop and restart the application.
2. If this error appears only once and without other incidents, the system
should recover automatically. If this error appears more than once or is
accompanied by abnormal system behavior, contact your local Avaya
MPS support staff.
