Chapter 3 entitled “Editing APPN Adjacent Link Stations.”

Enabling APPN over LLC2 Interfaces Using SRB

If you are configuring LLC2 interfaces such as Ethernet, FDDI, SMDS, frame

relay, and PPP, you can use SRB encapsulation formats. For Ethernet (Nortel

Networks proprietary SRB over Ethernet) and frame relay (RFC1490 Bridging

Standard), start at the Source Route Encapsulation

dialog box (Figure 2-5

) and

proceed as follows:
