If the specified connection is full, the application receives getfail. Select Failure in

the Resource block to provide an error recovery path (see VTCPD Status and

Exception Conditions Reference on page 106.) A Handle block can also be used to

provide error recovery. If the application gets the requested connection, it receives

If the application terminates, VTCPD frees the host connection (see Freeing the Host

Connection on page 95.)

Allowing VTCPD to Specify the Connection
