Console Port Parameters
This section describes the parameters in the Console Lists window.
Parameter: Enable
Default: Enable (first port)
Disable (other ports)
Options: Enable

Disable
Function: Enables or disables the serial port. The first port on a router is enabled by
default. The other ports on routers with multiple serial ports are disabled
by default.
Instructions: Select the status of the serial port.

Default: TI
Options: TI
Function: Configures the port for the Technician Interface.
Instructions: Accept the default value.
