DN answer key levels
You can determine what type of calls alert at an assigned Answer DN key. This
is a system setting, so all Answer DNs behave the same. There are three
answer key levels: Basic, Enhanced, and Extended. If your system supports
overflow routing of calls (for example, Hunt groups), the setting is Enhanced
or Extended. Alternatively, if Contact Center telephones are assigned Answer
DNs, this setting must be Basic. Do not change this setting unless you
understand the impact on the other telephone groups in your system.
