VAMP Voice Application Management Process. It provides an interface

between PeriProducer voice applications and the VOS sub-system. It

also communicates directly with ccm, commgr, confmgr and pmgr to

provide access to their services (phone, host, etc).

VDM Voice Data Memory. It contains all applicable audio data needed by

applications running on the system and loaded into memory by the

TMS. Storage area designated for storing the audio data (.mmd files)

for speech elements. If VDM is limited, only load the most frequently

spoken elements in VDM. The Avaya MPS will page the remaining

elements from disk. The element name data (.mmi file) is stored in

system memory.

Configured by VMM.

VDM is located on the VMDI card.
