FPLC Fax Phone Line Card.

• The card on which a fax image is processed (incoming and

outgoing). The FPLC interfaces with a phone line and

communicates with applications via the shared resource facility.

• The software image responsible for fax processing. FPLC

software runs on the FPLC hardware.
