Using Technician Interface Scripts

The show state command provides an overview of the router. The information displayed

depends on your speciﬁc conﬁguration. This script executes the lower-level scripts for the

protocols and circuits to gather the information for its report. This script provides a good

way to ﬁnd out what is running on your router — what is conﬁgured and what is not.

show state command supports the following subcommand options:

show state {all | circuit

This sample shows part of the output that the show state all command can generate.

show state {all | circuit <circuit name>} version

all Displays information on all protocols on all circuits.

Limits the information to a speciﬁed circuit.
